Why Customer and Business Accounts Stay Separate

Select The Service uses two account types: Customer and Business (service provider).

Customer accounts Post jobs, compare applications, message providers, and leave reviews.

Business accounts List your business, apply to jobs, upload verification documents, and manage public profiles.

Upgrade path A Customer can upgrade or switch to a Business profile from the dashboard. A Business account cannot convert back to Customer — use a separate email if you also need a customer login.

Multiple businesses Each business entity has one address. Add another city or storefront as a new business under the same login, then use Switch Business in the dashboard.
