1. Platform role

Select The Service ("STS") is a marketplace that connects customers ("Customers") with independent service companies ("Companies" / service providers). STS is not a contractor, employer, or party to any agreement between Customers and Companies.

2. No guarantee of work

STS does not guarantee that jobs will be filled, that Companies will be hired, or that work will be completed to any standard. Customers and Companies are solely responsible for evaluating each other, negotiating terms, and performing or supervising all work.

3. Verification disclaimer

A "Verified" badge means STS has reviewed the business profile and any license or insurance documentation submitted through the platform. It is not a government license, a background check, or a guarantee of work quality. Customers should still perform their own due diligence before hiring.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STS shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or disputes between users. You use STS at your own risk.

5. User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and not post fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content. Companies are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and insurance required in their jurisdiction.
